Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any service at citicash.io, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the platform.

CitiCash reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not use citicash.io for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Violations result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to authorities.

Automated trading bots are permitted only under verified API access. Scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or unauthorized access to platform infrastructure are strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content on citicash.io — including the platform interface, logos, trading algorithms, and written materials — is the exclusive property of CitiCash and protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Limitation of Liability

CitiCash is not liable for losses arising from market volatility, network congestion, or events outside our direct control. Cryptocurrency trading carries significant financial risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CitiCash's total liability for any single claim shall not exceed the trading fees you paid in the 90 days preceding the incident.

Third-Party Services

CitiCash integrates third-party payment processors and identity verification providers. These services operate under their own terms. CitiCash is not responsible for their performance or data practices.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials and two-factor authentication device secure. CitiCash staff will never ask for your password or 2FA codes.

Your Rights

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, all remaining balances will be returned to verified withdrawal addresses within 5 business days, minus any outstanding fees.

Changes to These Terms

Material changes will be communicated via email and platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. The current version is always available at citicash.io/terms.
